Welcome to My Route Story ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you and My Route Story.

These Terms are governed by Australian law (New South Wales) and comply with:

1. Introduction / Overview

2. Acceptance of Terms

Using the website or purchasing products constitutes full acceptance. If you do not agree, do not use the site or make purchases.

3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration

5. Product Information & Availability

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, and prices at all times. All prints are personalised and made to order — previews shown at checkout reflect the final product. Products are subject to availability; errors may occur. Legal Reference: ACL – guarantees about goods.

6. Ordering Process

Orders placed via the checkout process create a binding contract once the confirmation email is received. By completing an order, the customer confirms they have reviewed and approved their personalised design. Users must provide accurate billing and shipping information.

7. Pricing & Payment

Prices include GST and all applicable taxes unless specified. Accepted payment methods: Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, JCB. Payment must clear before processing and printing commences. Legal Reference: ACL – accurate pricing and consumer rights.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We only offer shipping within Australia. Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) Transit time: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday) Total delivery time: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday) Free shipping on orders over $75 AUD. Carriers: Australia Post, Sendle, CouriersPlease, Toll Group. Tracking provided 24–48 hours after dispatch. Users are responsible for accurate addresses — incorrect information may delay delivery. 9. Returns & Refunds

Return window: 30 days for eligible items. Refunds processed within 10 business days (Monday–Friday) after receipt of returned goods. Exclusions: change of mind, disappointment, or dissatisfaction with a personalised design that was approved at checkout. Users must follow the RMA return procedure, including photos of items. 10. Cancellation Policy

Orders are cancellable within 12 hours of placement, provided printing has not yet commenced. Once an order has been sent to print, cancellation is no longer possible. Reference: Cancellation Policy

11. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, text, images, videos, designs) is owned by My Route Story. Copying, modifying, or distributing content without permission is prohibited. Personalised designs created by customers remain the property of the customer — My Route Story does not claim ownership over customer-uploaded GPS data or designs. 12. User Conduct

Users must not:

  • Hack, transmit malware, or breach website security
  • Misrepresent or misuse information
  • Harass, defraud, or infringe intellectual property rights

Violations may result in account termination or legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

My Route Story is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Delays, errors, or interruptions in shipping
  • Third-party service failures

Liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Route Story from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of services
  • Unauthorised use of content or intellectual property

15. Third-Party Links

The website may link to external websites (Strava, suppliers, affiliates). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third parties. Users should review third-party policies before sharing information.

16. Privacy

17. Governing Law

19. Termination

21. Entire Agreement
